Four Challenges, One Root Cause.
Dropout rates. Student mental health. Underperforming grades. Athletes who freeze under pressure. Most schools treat these separately. They're not separate. They're all the same problem.

Dropout Rates
Students with real potential walk out (most often after junior year) because they hit a hard moment and don't have the tools to push through it.

Student Mental Health
Anxiety and depression are showing up as disengagement and behavioral issues. Reactive counseling helps. Preventive tools change the pattern.

Academic Underperformance
Test scores don't reflect what students are capable of. Traditional interventions treat the symptom. Olympic Mental Training treats the root cause.

Athletic Underperformance
Athletes with the physical skills freeze in competition. Student-athletes lose eligibility. The edge they're missing isn't physical, it's mental.
Most students don't have the mental performance tools to manage anxiety, set goals, visualize success, and push through hard things.
Olympic Mental Training gives them all four skillsets in one unified system.

HALL OF FAME ATHLETE • TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY SURVIVOR

In 1976 while training for the Olympic Team, Stephen was struck by a hit-and-run driver. Doctors gave Stephen a 5% chance to live, let alone ever run again. As an experienced international athlete, Stephen sized up the challenge that was ahead of him. He set off courageously ‘Running Back’ to his life before the accident.

By applying his proven successful strategies for athletics and life training techniques and his positive leadership skills to the physical and mental challenges in his life, Stephen could not only regain his life. However, he completed his undergraduate degree and an MBA at the prestigious Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His journey has been an experience of perseverance, grit and a real test of faith.
Combining his experiences, both as an Olympic athlete, a team leader, a traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivor, his physical training techniques, and his business acumen, Stephen is ready to work with organizations and their employees on business strategies.

“I was so eager to read your book, I put it first on my list! I’ve spent this beautiful Sunday afternoon on my patio reading it from “cover to cover.” What a great job of telling your story, and stopping to teach the lessons. Your relating it to business is so well done. Love the motivational quotes at the end of each chapter. I teach positive visualization, but I have to use other people's stories. Yours proves it works! I know nothing about track and wasn't sure it could keep my interest, but I couldn't wait to see what was next!I want to buy the first copy and give it to my grandson who uses some of these techniques in his tennis games. You can teach him more.
Congrats Stephen on a job well done. You have succeeded yet again!”
